About The Yatra

Sacred Journey to the Abode of Gods

The Char Dham Yatra is one of the most revered Hindu pilgrimages, encompassing four sacred sites nestled in the majestic Himalayan ranges of Uttarakhand.

Why Char Dham Yatra is Special

According to Hindu mythology, visiting the Char Dhams at least once in a lifetime helps one attain salvation (Moksha). These four sacred shrines are dedicated to different deities and hold immense religious significance. The yatra typically begins from Yamunotri, proceeds to Gangotri, then Kedarnath, and finally concludes at Badrinath, following the traditional clockwise circumambulation pattern.
