➢ Outside private cabs, tempo travellers, and personal vehicles are strictly not permitted beyond Sonprayag.
➢ Local taxi charges from Sonprayag to Gaurikund are payable directly by the guest as per union rates.
➢ Pony, Palki, Pithu, and Helicopter charges are not included and must be booked separately.
➢ Char Dham / Kedarnath Yatra Registration is mandatory as per Uttarakhand Government rules.
➢ The complete day-wise schedule of the tour will be shared 12–24 hours before departure on WhatsApp.
➢ Organizers reserve the right to modify or reschedule the itinerary due to weather conditions, road blockage, landslides, snowfall, traffic restrictions, VIP movement, temple closures, or government orders.
➢ The tour is fully weather-based, especially for Kedarnath, Badrinath, Tungnath, and Char Dham routes. Delays or route changes may happen without prior notice.
➢ Helicopter services are fully subject to weather clearance and operator availability.
➢ No refund will be applicable for delays or cancellations caused by weather or natural conditions.

➢ No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing, skipped meals, early departure, or voluntary changes during the tour.
➢ Any additional cost due to natural disaster, landslide, road blockage, extra stay, alternate transport, or emergency arrangements will be payable directly by the guest.
➢ By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to all the above terms, conditions, payment policy, cancellation policy, and government travel rules applicable for the tour package.
